  First I want to thank you for such a wonderful blogging platform. I’m wondering if the daily statistic count includes the number of spam I receive on my blog. As an example, I might have 13 spam and my statistics show that 20 people read my blog. Does this mean that only 7 people really read my blog?

  Most spam comes from bots, which we filter out of your stats.

  More than likely 20 people are reading your blog.
