Spam Comments from Verified Accounts

  Um… I did (and there weren’t any coming since the last one).

  Are you referring to "Second Follow-Up on..." and "Remember These Things..."?

  If so, these are pingbacks rather than comments — email addresses are not displayed for those but pingbacks are listed in the notifications area along with comments.

  Um… Not those… I meant the comments in the screenshots in my follow-up posts of the spam comments from verified accounts. And @fstat had seen one of the comments (the kind from a verified account, but there is no email address in the comment info). For some reason, my old posts get spam comments, while the newer posts don’t (I could never understand spammer logic because people normally look at my new posts instead of the older ones unless if I tell them to).

  This is the link to the most recent spam comment from a verified account that does not have an email address in the comment info. Apologies that it’s at 67% view, so it’s somewhat small and some parts are blocked due to inappropriate link(s).

  When one of these comments next comes in, could you leave it in the spam folder for us to look at (as it’s a little hard to see the details in the screenshot)? Just let us know when one of these comments lands in your spam folder and we’ll take a closer look from our side.
