  Spam emails are being sent from shana james with the return address donotreplywordpress, I don’t know if its comming from my website, my email or my computer??

  To determine where those emails are sent from, you must see what’s coming after the ‘@’.
  As it seems you don’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform but a self-hosted site using Jetpack, you can get further help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
