spam-filtering by associated third-party

    I was charged for spam-filtering by Akismet.com. I tried their site, but no account is on record. Their direction was to sign into my WordPress account. I did not sign up for this service, and I would like the fee automatically deducted from my PayPal account credited ed back, please. Thank you.
