Spam folder

  I was checking my comments section and accidently deleted to the spam folder how can I get my comments back please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the comments are in your Trash then they can be restored. You have separate trash folders for posts, pages, comments, and uploads.

  If you marked them as spam then they cannot be restored.
