SPAM- How Can I Keep Certain Sites From Going Into SPAM?

    Hi I’m stumped. Some sites that have followed me and commented on CRYSTAL AND DAISY MAE’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE and WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) are now going into Spam. I just need to know why and what can I do about it. Can I do anything in settings? Why are some sites going into SPAM FOLDER that’s not on my moderation list or blacklist? Does it have to do with how many words or wording? I’m curious and need help. If staff needs to see and answer this please let them help.

    Hi there, Akismet has to make changes continually in order to keep up with the spammers, who are always changing tactics and finding ways to get around the spam filters. Sometimes, unfortunately legitimate commenters get caught in those changes. It may take a few times, but keep marking them as not spam and Akismet will learn. It may take a few times, or perhaps ten, but it will learn and then they won’t get caught.

    They may also want to contact Akismet and tell them they are getting caught in the spam filter: https://akismet.com/contact/ . That could speed things up.
