I can’t figure out where this is seeding from. If you were to view page source of a blog post, below the footer I get this:
(footer code)
<span id=”a0320″>oparino-bs.ru priceresults.соm</span><script>var c81d1=””; function bbec6(e81) {document.getElementById(“a0320″).style.display=(e81==”” ? “none” : “block” );} bbec6(c81d1);</script>
Any help would be great :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of the site you are talking about, and can we have a link to a post where this is happening?

You’ve been hacked, but you are in the wrong forum. That site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
If you are not familiar with the differences, see this support document.
Talk with the people over at the wordpress.ORG forums.
