Spam ‘likes’

  Recently, started getting likes from several new profiles, when I click on thier profiles I am sent to Amazon. Also there is a difference in traffic reported on jetpack vs WordPress administrator site on web browser. I see evidence of traffic reports being incorrect. Are algorithm working correctly?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes
