Spam Likes Are Inundating My Inbox

I would like to know what action I can take to block the seemingly endless spam users who are liking my posts. There are a series of illegitimate profiles with links that take you straight to Amazon, and I’m getting pretty fed up with this. I’m not sure why I am getting this spam in my traffic, is it because I am a bottom-of-the-barrel kind of blog or something? I don’t even freaking browse Amazon because I hate that stupid site.
A sample of the names I have seen that are fraudulent:
Ellie Glair
maryang2
Hope
anneanne3196None of these are actually people — they are links to Amazon! I don’t need this traffic on my site! And yet I don’t really see a way to prevent this other than turning off Likes altogether, which would be to sever connections with my actual followers. So I don’t want to do that.
:Please advise or else I will begin considering migrating my content to another platform. WordPress is starting to really piss me off lately.

None of these are actually people — they are links to Amazon!
Can you share where you’re seeing that? If you’ll link us to the affected post we’ll have a look. Any “likes” should go back to a Gravatar profile, so I’m interested to see what you’re seeing. Thanks in advance.

@tlittle86 just letting you know I was able to initiate an investigation for two of those.
I would need more information on Hope and Ellie Glair though, as I don’t have enough info to find them. If you can share links to the posts they’ve liked, we’ll investigate.

I’m having the same issue with one of my blogs: https://lindaleinen.com. There are so many names it’s impossible to list them all, but every one goes back to amazon.to/(link to various pages on Amazon).

I’ve always had some spam likes, but this is ridiculous, and the fact that every one goes back to Amazon is particularly annoying. I eliminated likes on my other blog (https://shoreacres.wordpress.com) and I really don’t want to have to eliminate them on lindaleinen.com. There ought to be some way to block them.

Thanks @shoreacres. I was able to find Madelyn, but not the other. When you share links, can you copy the link to their gravatar profile rather than the “display name” or amazon link? That makes it easier to definitely find the right account.
I’m also removing the Amazon links from the posts.
