Spam links for ads in my blog posts

Hi, I just noticed links have showed up (that I didn’t put in) to my published and unpublished blog posts. Yikes! But then strangely when i came on your site, I hovered over the ‘Help’ link and I saw an ad drop-down there too!
So is it something in WordPress going on, or in my blog? Anyway how do I removed this spam links quickly!
