SPAM messages have become inaccessible, how to resolve?
-
When I click on the Spam hyperlink on my STATS page, instead of taking me to the queue of potential spam messages, I get forwarded to the main WordPress page. This has been an issue for close to a week now. Can you please help resolve?

The issue has been reported to our developers. We’ll contact you once it has been resolved.
Thank you.

Thanks for the response, but now ALL my stat details wont even load. I see total visitors & views, but all other figures and images don’t load. I just indefinitely see the spinning circle in those fields. HELP.

I’m sorry you’re encountering that problem. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Ok, the loading issue is resolved! Thank you. Now, I just need to get that original SPAM glitch fixed and I’ll be good to go.

Sorry, I spoke too soon. I still get the loading issue, even after clearing the cache and cookies. However, if I click on weekly view or monthly view, it loads instantly and THEN I can go back and see the daily info. So strange. It seems my issue is only tied to the daily view tab.

Could you confirm that you’ve tried to clear cache or tried any of the browsers mentioned in my previous reply?
-
I cleared the cache and cookies yesterday which didn’t resolve the SPAM link issue. I’ll try running the other browsers today and see if the same issue comes up.

The spam link issue still needs to be fixed by our developers. I’ll notify you once I know more.
