Hi there –
Spam protection is already built in to your WordPress.com site. This isn’t something that you need to worry about.
Are y’all experiencing a problem or being proactive? Share more details if possible. Thanks.

We are receiving 30+ Spam entries daily on our website under the “contact us” form- you enter your name, phone number, email, & what you are looking to get done (Fence & Gate Company). The entries that are coming in get sent to our email account. Most entries are in another language, random letters/ wording with links to other sites, or pornographic spam emails. They are not customer entries and there is no spam filter or spa protection. We are needing to add the “Click here if you are not a robot” or cached images before the customer can use the contact form to reduce the number of spam emails and website contact us entries to only customers. Below is our website contact form.

You’ve reached the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com but your site is hosted elsewhere and on the servers of a different company. If it uses the wordpress software then you’ll need to register an account and ask for advice at
