My guess is that you have approved other spam, I did not look for it – but approve one and they will show up

I don’t see how I approved it in the first place! I have received over 200 spam emails in 3 days, all from different accounts. Somebody has hacked the system. I will need to think of what I feel is at least a reasonable password.
The subject line ironically says affordable watches in most of the posts. -

The bottom line here is eliminate the spam you have approved – mark spam as spam. Akismet is a learning engine and doing that means it will learn over time to sequester these in the spam queue.
