Spam Referrer Block List?

Hello. On the stats page for my blog, ‘Crutchfield’s Orthoglossary’, I found that a visitor had been referred to my blog by Wikipedia. I clicked the ellipsis beside the referral notice, to see what it was for, and discovered I had marked Wikipedia as a spam referrer. I clicked ‘spam’, and it changed to ‘not spam’, but then the referral notice disappeared. Now I’m worried that I’ve tagged Wikipedia as a spam referrer, and that I won’t be notified when other readers are referred from Wikipedia to my blog. The help page says I have a ‘personal spam referrer block list’. Can I look at that and edit it? If not, can you please make sure Wikipedia isn’t on it?
