spam referrer marker not working?
-
Note to WP staff:
over the last weeks in my stats in the REFERRERS section I got a few spam referrers (fakers with spam webpages, who use some kind of page-opening algorithm that gets them listed as referrers in other people’s stats, in the hope that those others will click to open their spam page).
It used to be that when clicking the little flag with “Spam?” next to a referrer URL, that entry would be removed from the stats. However, since at least some weeks now, this doesn’t work anymore. When I click the “Spam?” flag to remove such a fake referrer, nothing happens.
I know this is a minor bug, but perhaps some WP coder could repair it? Thanks!

PS — same little problem with the referrer stats for my other blog (stayontop.org/) so I think it’s a general issue.

Thanks! I guess I’ll have to wait for some time when I actually spot a spam referrer before I can test if it’s working properly now…
This wasn’t really a major thing but I do appreciate your fixing it.
