Spam registrations driving me crazy

    I have this site santiapps.com/wordpress_2/ for which I keep getting new user registration notification emails every 15 minutes. I have 2 plugins that are installed which might be related:

    1. Paid Member Subscriptions free plugin
    2. Login No Captcha reCaptcha
    3. Akismet AntiSpam

    reCaptcha doesn’t work for some reason, i have the keys and everything but its doesn’t seem to activate for some reason. I see no error in the plugin page but I don’t know if its related.

    I get new user reg emails every few minutes, obviously spam. I don’t know what else to do.

    santiapps.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Media Temple, rather than WordPress.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums advice:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    It sounds like these may be bot generated registrations so you could also try going to Settings > Membership and unchecking “Anyone can register”.
