  I am receiving quite a lot of Spam. Recently I received this comment from a legit blogger:

  When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a means you can remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!

  If your site is hosted on the wordpress.com platform it helps to list the URL that ends in wordpress.com

  No, my site is hosted on GoDaddy. Thanks for your input. I’m confused about how to report the spam. I read that there I can this to report spam:
  simply move your mouse over the blog menu on the far left of the admin bar, and you will see Report this content which will allow you to send us a report for:

  content that is spam,
  adult content not suitable for general audiences,
  abusive content,
  content that promotes self–harm/suicide,
  content that infringes your trademark, or
  content that infringes your copyright.

  I can’t find this option.

  Well, then you either need to contact them or at least post over here:

  http://wordpress.org/support/

  OK. Thanks again. My blog is hosted with WordPress. It’s just the main site that’s with GoDaddy.
