Spam views?

When I go to view my blog’s stats, it lists the referring agency (for example, if someone clicked on it through Facebook).
During the past two days, however, it’s had some strange referrals, including URLs such as these: [spam URLs removed]
What is this, and is it some kind of spam or dangerous? I had 13 views from one of them, and I’d rather those views come from people, not spambots.
Please reply soon and let me know what this is and/or how I can block it.
