Hello, after ask several time in the forum and via e mail to support, wordpress.com play ping pong with my question. In order to me to undestand why a spam DMCA flag wordpress.com blog show up in first when i search my company name, i ask to this forum if others have the same negative experience. Question is : Spam worpress rank better then normal authoritative blog? Why spam WordPress.com blog can spam your SERP. Why WordPress.com avoid to take action to DMCA take downrequest?

The are better at SEO and blogging than you are.
The DMCA complaint has a problem in that Automattic has had trouble contacting you and you have not replied to them with an email address until a few minutes ago in another thread

I am surprise about your answer, because the blog have two articles copied from a website and the back link is all from porn and pharma industry. I told many time in this forum: wordpress.com like spam blog because fit the all wordpress.com system, and penalize geniune content blog because is to complicate to calculate.
If you just comy the url domaine of any website and you copy 3/4 article with some spam comment you can see your blog pop up in the first page when you search the website name. You can see it in many search or try the experiment by your self.
The problem is in the software of wordpress.com calculate the authorithy by TAG not by content in order to tricky Google results. In yahoo and Bing you don’t have this issue.
Another point why support replay always with answer not related to the different isssue the users post? Is about wordpress.com philosophy or just they don’t want look on the problem.
