  Please share the site URL you need help with.
  Comments on the WordPress sites are filtered by Askimet spam filter.

  Meanwhile, you can review the Discussion settings.

  Go to Settings > Discussion > Comments and make sure that some of the options are enabled as shown in the screenshot..
