Spambots targeting comments

    Over the last 48 hours my blog and many of my friends blogs have been swarmed by a rash of spambots sneaking past Akismet and commenting on comments.

    At this same period of time, many of the folks I know have also had their Twitter accounts hacked.

    I’m concerned that these are related. Telling all friends to change passwords and not to click on funky links.
