Spammed or hacked? “new user registration” email to me

    Hello – i got an email allegedly from WP saying “new user registration” on my blog. it didnt use my blog name, but did use one of my tags as my blog name. Then it gave her username, and an email contact. No requests or other info. What is this? Even if it were my blog, I would be the only registered user, right?
