  I have a site the was created with WordPress by my son, ‘spraynslash.com.au’, he no longer has his email address that he used as a username and he cannot remember the password. I need to get access the WordPress files so they can be transferred to Crazy Domains for hosting?

  That site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Intelwerx. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

  You can also try and reset that site’s password by following these instructions:
