    Hi – I want to upgrade my storage as it is currently full, but it seems to think higher storage options are ‘downgrades’ and advises me to contact support.

    Hi there,

    Yes, the Business Plan provides the highest amount of media storage space out of the plans available at 200 GB. It is currently the maximum amount of storage space we provide with this particular plan. Out of curiosity, how much more storage were you looking to add?
