  Try this:

  If you’re sure you want to permanently delete your site, here’s how to do it:

  In your site’s dashboard, go to Tools → Delete Site
  Click the dropdown menu and choose the option: Permanently delete my site’s address and all content.

  If you are not completely sure, though (deleting is so final!), you could always make it private while you think about it instead: Privacy Settings
