Hi. I really like the wordpress site, but I may be someone who needs more step by step guidance on operating this thing. I want to move out from register.com – i was able to set that up all by myself. I find wordpress to be a little more confusing in terms of setting up a website and email (so my gmail routes with the domain name properly). Does wordpress offer a service where someone at the company actually does all of this stuff? Thanks

I need help to. I paid for my renewal domain and it was taken out of my bank account according to the statements, but still I have no website. I need to know when is it going to come up? Its been weeks no and I’m running out of time.

You domain name entriguedmv.net was registered with us. It expired in April 2012 (after it was released to the public market, it looks like another person purchased it), and what you purchased a month ago was a domain mapping. A domain mapping only works if you own the domain as well and are able to update the name servers. I removed and refunded your upgrade. I can see that entriguedmv.com and entriguedmv.org are still available – if you are interested, you can purchase upgrade to one of those domains under Store > Domains.
