Specific Blog Followers Not Loading (when clicking " Blog" on Site Stats page)

When I go to my site stats page (which gives the general number of followers) and try to review my specific blog followers by clicking “+Blog”, it never loads. Instead, the “load” icon keeps displaying for hours and never completes with actually loading.
How can I fix this?
I need to see who’s actually following the blog out of a specific group of athletes because the blog has time-sensitive training information.

No, I can’t. When I click the link you posted directly, it only loads the homepage of my dashboard. When I get to that link the long way (by clicking “site stats” then going to “+blog” under the “followers” section, the page perpetually tries to load but never does.
The only time I’ve gotten it to load something, it sent me straight to the homepage of the dashboard (it changes the link as it’s loading).
I have no idea why it does this, especially since the blog works fine in all other areas.

That is very odd. It loaded up fine for me.
Just for the heck of it, can you try accessing it from a different browser? And/or, if you are able, from a different internet connection? Work instead of home for example?

I tried the following:
Google Chrome directly via your link – didn’t work (this one loads back to a different link: https://westdalerowing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ (as in, the link changes after 3 seconds of it trying to load))
Google Chrome indirectly via the modern dashboard – didn’t work (this one brings me to the perpetually loading page)
Google Chrome indirectly via the classic dashboard – didn’t work (this one loads back to a different link: https://westdalerowing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)Firefox directly via your link – didn’t work (same issue with rerouting to main dashboard page)
Firefox indirectly via modern dashboard – didn’t work (perpetual loading)
Firefox indirectly via classic dashboard – didn’t work (same issue with rerouting to https://westdalerowing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)…both of those were on the same Internet connection (which has been working well for all other internet functions & wordpress things).
I then tried via mobile using iPhone 3Gs Safari (iOS6). I first tried via internect connection (directly via your link & indirectly via the dashboard) – both failed. I then tried via 3G in case it was an issue of the internet. That also failed (same issue occured).
…I can try yet again at with a different internet connection, but to me this is an issue of the actual link & hyperlinks not working/loading properly (they either don’t load at all or they reroute me to https://westdalerowing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)
Any thoughts on how to proceed? I’m at a loss.

I should add: I used the WordPress App to complete the iPhone attempts – in addition to Safari (I tried both).

Okay, so the issue appears to be that the account you are posting from here is not an administrator on westdalerowing.wordpress.com. Your user account is listed as an “editor”.
If you log in with the administrator account, or have the administrator account switch your acgage account to be an administrator, you should have no problem viewing that page.

I just received an email from the administrator account saying that he’s added me as an administrator now, but I’m still having the same issue.
Is this just because it takes a while to register, or is it something else?
Here’s the email from the admin account (“westdalerowing”): “You are now an administrator and should be able to see all users.” (Dated/Time Stamped Dec. 5th at 3:51pm)

I am seeing you as being set as an admin on that site. You might try logging out of WordPress.com and back in again.
