I need to correspond with someone from WordPress who can answer these questions. I want to know about ads being incorporated, getting paid, and partnership? When I attempt to reply to the emails, they bounce back ‘undelivered.’ I need someone who can actually respond.

you can not sell your own ads or use third party ads like Adsense – you can apply for Adwords if you have a custom domain name and meet the standards to be accepted – Adwords is a revenue sharing program
