Specific email subscription example

  Hi,

  I am trying to add an email subscription to my blog but NOT as a sidebar widget – instead, I want it to appear at the bottom of each of my blog posts.

  I am looking for the “Email Newsletter” option at the bottom with the “Follow” button. How can I create the same thing on my blog and is there a way to have it appear on all posts instead of manually inserting it into each?
