Specific Help Changing My Theme

  My blog is here http://docproteus.wordpress.com/ and I was wondering if someone could help me. I’d like to add writing, the title and a quote over the picture, and have the red bar across the page be green. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.

  Without css editing skills and the upgrade what you see on the Theme Presentation page when you choose a theme is what you get.

  Most of those issues could be solved by creating the header image with the title and quote already in, and then uploading it. The red bar, however, would require CSS which you have to pay for and know how to use.
