Specific user cannot subscribe to blog

    Our daughter has tried to subscribe to my blog. Others have had no problem. I have tried to subscribe her from her computer. I failed. My son has tried to subscribe her. Failed. My son and I tested the subscribe widget with another of his email addresses. It worked. Why can’t we subscribe her? Thoughts?

    What are the exact steps you’re taking to try to subscribe her?

    Do you see an error messages or does she?

    Without knowing more information, it sounds to me like her email provider may be blocking the emails or the spam filter in her email application (or possibly her email provider) is blocking the email for some reason.

    The first thing she should do is double check her spam filter to make sure the messages aren’t there.

    See if she can whitelist wordpress.com email through her email provider.

    Maybe have her try a different email address as a test if that’s a possibility.
