  Hello,
  I’m interested to create a website in WordPress, but I don’t want to specify my domain right now. Is there anyway to specify the domain after I finish working on my website?

  Just to clarify, are you asking about a _____.wordpress.com domain (for example, yourgroovysite.wordpress.com)? Or a custom domain such as yourgroovysite.com?

  In that case, don’t worry, you can keep working with a free subdomain, like the yourgroovysite.wordpress.com and only register a custom domain when you’re ready.

  The custom domain will then hide the subdomain so nobody will be able to see it anymore.
