Specifying thumbnail when sharing post on Facebook

  Is there a way to specify which picture in your post will be the thumbnail when the post is shared on Facebook?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No there’s is not. Unfortunately, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
