Spectrum Theme background not displaying correctly
-
Over the past week (October 7, 2011 or so) my blog started displaying the background wrong. I am using Spectrum theme. If you go to my blog general url of http://getgrounded.wordpress.com you can see that the background behind the content area and the background surrounding the content area are now the same color, and colors of headers over widgets are gone. If you click on an individual blogpost, you will see Spectrum displaying the proper colors. How can this be fixed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First off, since you use close to a billion image in each post, go to settings > reading and set your site to show at MOST 2 posts per page. There are limits on processor cycles and PHP execution on web hosting services and most likely you are exceeding even the extremely generous limits at wordpress.com.
Secondly, search engines consider total page size and page loading times when determining search engine ranking and your site my be taking a hit with the search engines. It is never a good idea to make search engines cranky. I tried getting a page loading time for your main site via pingdom tools, and it choked on your site and would not finish the test. That is not good.
I also see from looking at the source code and CSS on your site that you currently have no background image declared, only a background color of #CACAC9 .
The grey ribbon is showing just fine for me on the widget titles, and it could very well be that the reason you are not seeing them is for the reasons I list above with slow page loading and such.
Make the change at settings > reading, log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look at things.
