Spectrum theme Can't apply sub pages

  Using the spectrum theme, I can’t apply a sub page to the parent. Also, can’t view black date under blu theme option

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Spectrum supports drop-down menus in the top navigation. To enable them, add a Custom Menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
