Spectrum Theme post header is overlapping date

  Hello,

  My post header is overlapping date.

  Can You Trust Your Own Servers?

  I can fix this by editing css file and increasing padding on date element but Is there a way to correct this in free version?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  anttitech,
  It seems your theme re-adjusts the width at the padding between the post title and the date.

  depending on your screen width, zooming out or in with the reader’s browser immediately fixes this.

  The best you can probably do for free is changing your title by on character or just ignoring it.

  I guess, it is a strange little quirk of the theme, that you found.

  If you don’t mind me saying so IMHO “random ramblings about stuff from cloud” has very little SEO value. Only “Cloud” has SEO value so you may want to rethink that tagline and create a more effective one.   Just to be clear I’m not pretending to be an expert because I’m not by a long shot but I’m just saying that… “random ramblings about stuff from cloud” is 39 characters long including spaces and the only significant word in SEO terms is “Cloud”

  I would be more inclined to go with “Cloud Computing Observations” as it is 28 characters long including spaces and all 3 words have SEO significance.

  You could even go with “Cloud Computing Criticisms” as it is 26 characters long including spaces and all 3 words have SEO significance. Moreover “criticisms” does tend to be a keyword that draws traffic.

  With Spectrum, you have to keep your titles short. This issue has been brought up before and the suggested solution by staff was to go to settings > general and change the date format to something shorter such as Feb 2, 2011, or even Feb 2, 11.
