  I used to own http://www.spectrum21.ca through you guys and now the site is down – I’m searching my email and see no note about renewal. I own http://www.nobetterversion.com and really need help to recover the spectrum site.

  Hi there @chrisb79, spectrum21.ca is registered through GoDaddy, and hosted there as well. Can you reach out to them directly? These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
