Spell check/spell checker

    My spell checker won’t engage when writing my blog and the spell check icon seems to have vanished. Someone mentioned it was a third party provider to WordPress and no longer provided. How can WordPress tout it has all the perfect tools for writers and take away a key tool? Am I missing something here? Help please. Most appreciated.

    Hi –

    The spell check tool from your browser should absolutely work. If that’s not happening we need to take a closer look.

    – which browser are you using
    – what is the version number
    – are you composing posts from the classic or block editor? which block is affected?
