Spelling mistake in email address

I typed my email address in wrong and now I can’t change it. The configure settings won’t change the new email address when I type it in correctly. Please help.

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account. You cannot have two username accounts that use the same email address. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/
We can change the relevant email address on our accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.
