Splendio: Color behind social icons

Can someone provide the CSS change needed to change the color of the bar behind the social icons in the Splendio header? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The icons have the same color, for example:
http://wordpress.com/wp-content/themes/pub/splendio/images/syn-rss-ico.png
So if you want to change the overall color you must first upload your own set of icons.
