Split: Account recovery
-
Hello!,
A few years ago, in 2016, we created pages with our measuring instruments using your platform. We have never updated these pages, but today we must do so due to new versions of various equipment, in addition to new applicable technologies.
It so happens that the person responsible for the preparation and maintenance of these pages is no longer with us, and we have no way of accessing them for this update because the “username” and password that we have on file do not work.
I request and thank you in advance for your instructions on how to proceed so that we can meet this need to update our pages.
Regards,
Labometric Lda

Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Thank you for the tip and help!
In fact I have several sites but all under a single account. Some of the URL’s are:
https://angulodecontato.wordpress.com
https://carbonatador.wordpress.com
https://condutivity.wordpress.com
https://industriabebidas.wordpress.com
https://maltarias.wordpress.com
https://medicaodeco2.wordpress.com
https://osmometros.wordpress.com
https://potenciostatos.wordpress.com
https://sonicadores.wordpress.com
https://tensiometers.wordpress.com
https://viscosimetrorotacionais.wordpress.com
https://atividadedeagua.wordpress.com -
Thanks for the additional details. All those sites are under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so you’ll need to go through our account recovery process in order to establish ownership of the account. You can read more about this here:

Hope that helps.
