@supernovia I am having a similar problem with jhastytherapy.com I have pointed it to wordpress and followed the instructions. I “published” my site/blog page on 11/5/23 and still don’t see it. I am also coming from G.

Hi @jenniferdb416d113a I’ve split this into a separate thread since it seems the underlying issue is different, even though it appears similar on the surface. I can confirm that your domain jhastytherapy.com was successfully transferred to WordPress.com on 10/23, and with any incoming domain transfer we try to preserve any settings you had with your previous registrar.

You can see this has resulted in what appears to be a confusing number of duplicate records here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/jhastytherapy.com/dns/jhastytherapy.com

In cases like this where you are trying to connect the domain to your new WordPress.com site, it can help if we reset your domain records to remove anything that is currently conflicting.

Do you still have a Google Workspace account and email, and need to retain that connection while resetting the rest? Or do you no longer have an active workspace account with Google?

    Thanks for the additional info!

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I still have a Workspace account and email.

Actually, my Google Biz page is no longer visible. But I’m still paying for the service.

@jenniferdb416d113a gotcha. I’d check in with Google if you were paying for their services and they were not loading up properly. I was getting a page with a Google error.

It sounds from this thread like you want to use our services, though, so for now I’ve made note of your A records, then restored ours so that your site with us can load up properly. It should start working for you soon. Can you confirm whether you’re seeing the right site now?

    Hi there,

I am able to see the site now on this end. It sometimes takes a few hours, but the site is working properly. If you still do not see the site up, I would suggest clearing your browser cache and revisiting the site.

Let us know if you are able to see the site on your end. Thanks!
