Split: Can’t access categories or Live Chat Support

I am having terrible problems with my site as well and CAN NOT reach live chat -when I click on get more help the prompt just spins and spins. I do believe there was a change to WordPress because not long ago my site was completely down – and I found it by accident. I had to make a change in settings (if I remember correctly) and then it was back up. HOWEVER – nothing is working, none of the links work, nothing takes me to blogs, menus or reviews – which used to be rotating on the home page – I don’t know what’s wrong and am very frustrated as I can’t reach live support…. Please advise!
