Split: closing my account

  I am needing to close my account. I appreciate the services. I did attempt to go to the address above and log into my account. It would not let me make the request there.

  @lifeontheotherside119 – Please do not make your support request on another person’s support topic; you should open a new one instead. This time, I’ve split your request off into its own support thread here:

  Since you have an active WordPress.com Premium plan on your site lifeontheotherside119.wordpress.com, you will need to cancel that plan before you can close your account. This can be done on the Purchases area of your account:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Once you cancel that plan, you can request your account closure by following the steps here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#how-to-delete-your-account
