  Hi @karenrani, I’ve separated your request from this other one.

  When I downgrade your site to Personal, you’ll lose your uploaded theme, plugins you’ve added, and any content and customizations associated with the outside theme and plugins. The site will be reverted to the point it was when you first installed a theme or plugin, though your comments and content from posts and pages will still be there.

  Please confirm whether you’d like us to proceed!

  Thanks @karenrani. The site is reverted to the old version, and I’ve started an import to transfer the content you’ve created between upgrading and downgrading.
