Split headers in Patch theme

  Hi. I have just moved over to the Patch theme. I love it apart from the fact that its splitting words within post titles in odd places. How can I prevent this from happening? I am not very techie, so please explain as simply as possible what I need to do. Thank you.

  New Look, Same
  Frustrated Garden
