Split: Hi I have a paid for website and I want to change the account it is associated with
-
I discovered a $79 withdrawal from my bank card.
PLEASE return the $78 dollars and cancel out all information you have in your system.

Hi there,
Please don’t post into unrelated threads created by other users. I’ve moved your question to its own thread.
I don’t see any recent transaction for the amount of $78/79 on the account you’re using to post here. Can you tell us the date of this charge?
Here’s how your account currently stands:
Your account currently owns a WordPress.com Business Plan for the site, takethefreetour.video. You bought this plan in August This is a monthly plan that renews at $33 a month. The last renewal was on 30 October. This payment is no longer refundable.
Our attempts to auto-renew the plan for another month on 30 November failed, and we sent you an email regarding this plan yesterday. Unless you manually renew that plan, you won’t be charged again, and the plan will be removed from your account early next week.
The domain, takethefreetour.video, was registered on 31 August, the day you bought the Business Plan, and cost $18. The domain is only due for renewal again in August next year.
You also own a Jetpack Search subscription for the site, mlmtrafficcop.wordpress.com. This subscription renews monthly at $5. The last renewal was on 2 November. This payment is no longer refundable.
Our system will attempt to auto-renew this upgrade today unless you cancel it/disable auto-renew.
Lastly, you also own a Personal Plan and domain for the site, overweightproblemsolved.com. Those last renewed in May at $66 total, and will expire on 26 June 2022.
You can view receipts for all the payments I mentioned here on the billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
If you’d like to cancel any of these upgrades, you can do that from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, but none of the upgrades currently in your account are eligible for a refund any more.
