Split: how to restore my old data without backup

  Hi!
  I hope you are well. I’m Jonathan. I have been managing a website for a while and recently did a number of changes a regret. I cannot seem to recover the contents of the website. Is it possible to go back to a particular time?

  the website is http://www.healthecuador.org. I would like to go back to the way it was on November 1st 2019… I really hope you can help me!

  Please don’t post into old, unrelated threads created by other people. I’ve moved your comment to its own thread.

  I’m afraid we’re not able to help with this.

  Any posts and pages you delete are kept in the Trash folder for 30 days during which time you can still restore them. But after 30 days they’re deleted completely, and there’s no way to get them back.

  I can see you deleted a large amount of content during November, and those posts were removed from the Trash on 19 December. It is no longer possible to restore any of that content to your site, as that content no longer exists on our servers.
