@fstat I am having the same issue. I tried changing the theme but nothing is working, I cant get ahold of support and I am unable to access my admin page or even my plugins. what should I do?

To clarify, when you say you can’t get ahold of support is that from https://wordpress.com/help/contact ? What happens when you click on Live chat or Email options? Or is the forum the only working option?
Our forums are asynchronous by nature. Live chat is the fastest way to get things fixed up.
I can see there’s a critical error on the site and I’ll try to get that resolved now.

Hi @randilee719 I’ve split these replies into their own post so we can troubleshoot without getting mixed up with the original issue you posted on.
Can you clarify what is the thing that you did just before having this issue? Did you activate the Avala theme? Or is the issue related to adding and using the BoldThemes plugins related to that theme? Anything clues you can share as to the last plugin/theme you activated, or the last task you were trying before the site went offline will be a big help, thanks!
