    I’ve looked into our records and the subdomain evgl.evolvegamingcommunity.com wasn’t ever hosted by us at WordPress.com. So we aren’t able to recover any site you may have had at that subdomain.

    This means you were using the WordPress.org software and your site was hosted by a different hosting service provider. We can help with issues like that on this forum for WordPress.com sites only. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    Since your site was hosted elsewhere, you’ll want to reach out to the hosting service provider where the site was hosted to see if they can help you with recovering the site.
